I really don't like the sound of this LJ boycott business; to be honest I don't understand it all, but from what I've been reading, it doesn't sound good. Therefore, I'm taking the advice of iansmomesq and sharpiefan and have set up my own InsaneJournal (not too much there at the moment), same name of course, and same me. ;)

Hope to see you all there incase LJ goes belly up (and I really hope it doesn't) because I love you all and don't want to lose contact with you! <3

You're not the only one who hopes LJ doesn't disappear or break down irrevocably. I'd much rather keep this as my permanent home, but I figured it can't be bad to have a fall-back position, just in case the worst-case scenario happens.
