Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh...

"Dear Friends,
Welcome to the newsletter for The Fellowship Festival
First things first, thank you very much for being so patient with us, we
appreciate that you have been kept waiting for news of The Fellowship Festival.
Let us start with the bad news. We received an email from the venue, ExCel on the 28th January informing us that our tenancy agreement was cancelled. It turns out that another event organiser, London Expo, already had an existing contract with ExCel that no similar events are to be held there. We were shocked as we had reserved our tenancy in October last year and had clearly informed ExCel what the content would be. We desperately searched for a new venue but could find a suitable one that could hold an event of this size.
Subsequently, we have discussed this situation at length with London Expo and came to the conclusion that another date and venue would be in the best interest for the fans. As responsible organisers, London Expo and Access All Areas Events believe that we should all work together to the common goal of ensuring that the fans have the best experience possible.
However, this is the good news. We have found a new and beautiful venue in London, Alexandra Palace, who could not only host our event for us but are looking forward to doing a grand job of it....

The new dates for The Fellowship Festival will be 28th-30th August. We appreciate that it is 7 months away, but we now have plenty of time to put together am amazing experience for everybody. We have more time to plan the seminars, the workshops, and the competitions, everything that you have asked for and we have listened to you."

And here's the BESTEST part!! *squees*

"Now the best news of all. We are proud to announce that Mr Craig Parker (Haldir) and Mr Mark Ferguson (Gil-Galad) will be the official MC's for The Fellowship Festival. That's right friends, Craig and Mark will be onstage right from the beginning, guiding us through the programme and making us laugh throughout the three days. We are very excited, we hope you are too. Tickets will go on sale towards the end of March."

My boys are gonna be presenting!! FOR 3 DAYS! *does happy dance despite having bad stomach cramps* And yeah yeah I got off school due to that...mmm I can't believe the BAFTAs were on last night and I missed them coz I was taping/watching Sense and Sensibility...but yey(!) ROTK got Best Picture/Orange Film of the Year (for 3rd yr running)/Best Adapted Screenplay/Best Cinematography/Best Special Effects.
