Mum & I have decided to get fit lol and have joined up for a local 'gym'. Each workout is only 30 mins each time and they've recommended we come 3 times a week. We had our first go today and to be honest, I found it rather theraputic :)

I'm aiming to lose about 2 stone or maybe a little more. I can do this. *crosses fingers*
