Thoughts on HPDH so far and other stuff

wee_mangoWell this is it, the last book - can't get over the fact that some of you have the whole thing read already! O_O I've only just finished chapter 8! XD
I managed to get my copy free on Fri night/early Saturday morning (bookshop branch was giving away the book free to the first 5 people in the queue) but not without a 'fight' lol. When the 2 automatic doors of the shopping centre were opened, there was a mad dash to the bookstore at the top of the mall and as I ran, a guy ran past me and I fell, hard, but I'm still unsure as to whether he was responsible for the fall (his hand/fingers came into contact with me at some point) or if it was just my ankle giving out of its own accord (I'm inclined to say the latter). :/
After getting home on Saturday morning, this was at about 1.30am:
Also taken at about 1.30am, comparison to my right foot...
It swelled even more over last night; it's shifted over to the front of the foot and just below where my last 2 toes begin, you can see a faint blueish tinge starting to form:
I can walk on my toes on the left foot, but cannot put any pressure whatsoever on the whole foot. Hey, it gives me the excuse to rest it & be able to get on with reading DH... ;)
- Dudley finally being nice to Harry after 16 years. :D And the cup of tea gesture.
- Lupin & Tonks getting married aaaaaaaaaw. :D ♥
- Speaking of Tonks, does anyone know why she says 'Wotcher' to Harry every now and then?? I just don't get it...*scratches head*
- Poor Hedwig! ♥ :( Never thought she'd be killed! Same about Mad Eye.
- The whole 7 Potters chapter was awesome - very edge-of-your-seat. The Voldie chase just added to that! *nods*
- I seriously thought Hagrid had been killed when him & Harry got to the Tonks's household.
- That scene between Harry & Ginny in Ginny's bedroom. O.O ;)
- Harry, Ron & Hermione all being left something by Dumbledore in his will.
- 'The Ministry has fallen. Scrimgeour is dead. They are coming.' Ooooooh...

Agreed! That was an amazing chapter.
