Memorabil-(ia)...it certainly was!!!

well...that's it - memorabilia is officially over and i cannot say just how brilliant it was...not only was the entire place cool, but the pleasure of meeting 2 sweeties was absolutely unforgettable...Craig Parker and Mark Ferguson are the 2 loveliest guys u could meet: they both chatted with you in such a way that almost made you feel like you had known them for quite some time....and no, i did NOT stutter/gape when i asked the pair if they would mind signing my LOTR (the making of the movie) trilogy book. They took their time with everyone :)

LMAO, and mum and myself (without knowing it!) managed to bunk the queue 3 times - twice to see craig and the other to see mark.

Am thinking if there is some way that i could put up the photos here...i couldn't believe it when i saw craig for the first time, in the flesh, OH. MY. GOOOOOOSH.....he is GORGEOUS and sooooo HANDSOME up close and THAT VOICE.....*THUD* lol no one was near him when i decided to ask him to sign my book (he took his time doing it too...) and the way he just looked up @ me and grinned *swooooooooon* hee hee my mum now thinks that he's 'lovely' (!!) and up close he is sooo tanned...

I'd originally thought to ask him about his trip to Nepal but then thought about 'Mercy Peak' and he was like "How'd you know about that?! Do you watch it?" and i had to say "No but I've read about it on the Internet..." According to him, it's stopped but will (i think) start filming again in January.
We then moved on to see mark who is a complete honey - :D when he asked where we'd flown from (belfast) he was like "Oh my family are part irish/scottish..." and we talked about other stuff which sadly has slipped my mind :( so we then said our goodbyes, me saying byebye with "enjoy yourself" and getting "Thank you and you too" back. *grins*

NOW...isn't it weird how when you know people who go to these things and usually come back with a funny story or 2 to tell? well, mum asked me if she'd go and ask craig to give me a kiss (yes really!) seeing as this was part of my xmas present, so she did and oh my word, craig said "Yeah! Sure!" and told me to get up onto the table and he got up as well - RIGHT UP BESIDE ME!! - and put his lips on my left cheek and went "mmmmm" as he was giving me it!!!!!!! *SQUEALS* LOL and eeek! THE CAMERA DIDN'T FLASH!! craig stopped and my mum apologised and asked if he would mind doing it again and to my delight he was more than happy to and he did it, including the "mmmmm" thing! oh my gosh i was beetroot after i thanked him and there were LOAAAAAAAAADS of people watching...he was soooo nice about it all though, and like with mark, i told him to enjoy himself and he said "Awww thank you and you do too!"

*bounces*

so...mum and I had a look around until 4.55PM when the guys were just about to go so i decided to see if i could get 1 last photo with them...they had moved to a table just across from them - mark had finished speaking to someone and i asked if it would be okay to get one last one with him and craig and he was like "of course!" but some woman was taking ages talking to craig but when he got up and leaned on the table, mark started tickling his back to get him to hurry up! lol. then craig was like "Oh hello!" to me and i asked about the photo and he said of course as well so mark is on my right leaning over to his left and craig is on my left with his arm around me *swoooooon*.....i couldn't thank them enough and they both thanked me...

gah! i can't believe it's all over...sob! but hey @ least i brought back some great memories...roll on RingCon 2004....
