I loved Freddie Mercury. He had one of the most distinct voices in music that I've ever heard and a stage presence that I've yet to see matched. It was all him. No flashy stage pyrotechnics or dancers gyrating behind him. Just the force of one man holding an entire audience captive.

Now I have to go dig up my albums.
