Tonight's 2 Torchwood episodes...

Well what can I say? WOW. Very impressive; in some ways it's quite similar to Doctor Who but at the same time it's not if you know what I mean! ;) Here's what I liked:


- Wet!Jack Harkness - yes please.

- Suzie didn't last long did she? O_O

- The metallic hand reminded me of those of the Cybermen.

- I can't help but like Owen, even if he acts like a little shit. ;)

- I thought the way the rain stopped around the 'body' in Everything Changes was a goof, until there was that nice aerial shot of it coming down again when Tucker 'dies' a second time.

- The wee references to Doctor Who, particulary at the end when Jack & Gwen are standing on top of the building at dawn and about the spaceship over London on Christmas Day.

- I know it was the first episode but the fact that Suzie shot Jack through the head completely made me forget that there was still another 12 episodes to go!! I literally gasped when she suddenly turns the gun round to Jack who's standing on the elevator stone, obviously thinking to myself, 'But, but she's not supposed to be able to see him OMG!!1! O_O'

- "It's all DNA these days, like that CSI bollocks. CSI: Cardiff, I'd like to see that. They'd be measuring the velocity of a kebab." LMAO XD

- Liked the Silence of the Lambs reference when Gwen is introduced to the Weevil after it has been captured. The 'cells' are almost identical and the way Gwen is sat on a black chair looking in at the thing is the same as when Clarice Starling is interogating Hannibal Lecter. :)

- I want Jack's military coat. :P

- 'splodey rat, eeeeew!

- Jack's comment to Gwen in Day One about how it's his job to throttle the staff as she's strangling Owen. LOL.

- Jack referencing The Parting of the Ways when Rose brought him back to life after the Daleks exterminated him - O.O - and now he cannot be killed.

- If Torchwood 1 is London, Torchwood 2 is Glasgow & Torchwood 3 is Cardiff, does that mean Torchwood 4 is Belfast? Well if they were mentioning all the other capital cities of the UK... ;) :P Hee hee.
