wee_mangoSo I finally decided to go and see Casino Royale, well it was a toss up between that and Happy Feet but as my friend pointed out CR had been in cinemas longer than HF so CR it was.
- WOW is all I can really say. I loved it, but then again I quite like the Bond movies and all the action so yeah.
- I'm pleased now that Daniel Craig won the role; he did a fantastic job and damn...is he hot property or what? O.O
- Dan's eyes / physique....um....yeah, I actually did pay attention to the plot and all but woah! ;)
- the scene near the beginning with the chase leading to the construction site - love the bit where the guy who Bond is chasing (Mollaka) tries to shoot him, realises the gun is out of ammo & chucks it at Bond who catches it and throws it right back, knocking Mollaka off the crane.
- Mollaka running through the constuction site & jumping over people/things & Bond just charges through a wall. LOL! XD
- the Aston Martin. ♥
- Bond being mistaken for a valet by some stuck up old golfer and reversing the guy's car into the other guests' cars, setting the alarms off to distract the security cameras. Hee! ;) Then later on at the bar, the same old guy gives him a funny look while Bond gets himself a drink.

- The stairs scene with the guys who threatened Le Chiffre & girlfriend.
- I hate it when movies make me jump LMAO - I scare really easily! Said moments in this movie were 1) the flashback to Bond fighting the guy in the toilets; 2) when Mollaka thinks he's outrun Bond (again during the construction site chase) & there is a massive bang & Bond appears in a huge tractor/digger; 3) when Le Chiffre heads outside to his hotel balcony window after seeing his girlfriend there and she apologies and then out of nowhere the terrorists attack them; 4) the guy at the end being shot in the leg by Bond.
- the whole Miami International Airport scene with the bomb...love that little bit when Bond is 'arrested' and the villain flips the switch to detonate the bomb, only to discover that Bond has removed it and placed it on him. *KABOOM!*
- the Aston Martin somersaulting a dozen times in the air as it swerves to avoid Vesper lying in the middle of the road. O_O
- did I mention Daniel Craig? :P ;)
- Bond attempting to make himself throw up after being poisoned & having to try and restart his own heart after going into cardiac arrest. O_O
- the tortue scene; had me drooling & crossing my legs...ouch...
Loved the film overall. Want to go back & see it but fear I've left it too late so may wait for the DVD. :)
