Rachel Weisz not returning for Mummy 3.

:( I hope they aren't going to be killing Evie off or getting a different actress to play her. Dude, I'm crushed; The Mummy & The Mummy Returns are 2 guilty pleasure movies of mine...Hmmmm, seriously contemplating seeing the 3rd in the series if Brendan Fraser is definately doing it but to be honest I just can't see how it would work without Rachel; her and Brendan had good chemistry together...

I'm with you - no killing Evie off! I'm fine with them saying something like she's around, but off-screen, but don't kill her off. :P

Hopefully it's good, though. The guys that write Smallville are writing it and they have a good track record for me over the last 6 years! :D :D

Ooooh that sounds like a bit of good news! :D But I can't help but wonder, if the movie goes ahead, what excuse :P reason/s will they give for the disappearance of the Carnahans & good ol' Ardeth? Hmmmm...I really don't think they'd pull the Evie-is-dead trick again, they already did that in Returns...
