More on that flooding

Well the rain has finally stopped but I had no idea some places were as bad as these:

- literally just a few streets away...

- on the Castlereagh road in East Belfast, my area and where that bus is is about a 2 min drive from my front door...

- car half submerged...

- at the local shopping centre again...


There are no words...

Will do! :D We're a wee bit up the road so it's not quite as bad. It's worse further down where the middle of the road has 2 higher bits on either side so the water just gathers in the one spot. ;)

That is crazy! You and your family are alright though, right? Hope you all stay safe and that the rain doesn't start up again.

Yeah we're alright thanks. I'm just glad we weren't one of those unfortunates who had their home flooded. Our garage was flooded a bit but it seems to have cleared up now. We're up the road a bit on the higher area so we were lucky, but this isn't the kind of weather we're used to lol. ;)
