'Five Minutes Of Heaven'

Was looking forward to seeing this since it had 2 of our wee country's biggest exports, and I wasn't disappointed. Loved seeing all the 70s cars/clothes/hairstyles etc, though it's scary to think that all the trouble that went on here was only about 30 years ago, and that fellas as young as 14 and 15 were getting themselves involved in all that horror.
Liam and James/Jimmy were fab as usual and it was great seeing them on screen together near the end of the programme since they hadn't been in the same shot for the majority. My mum & I were both expecting (as I'm sure a lot of others did) Joe (Nesbitt) to stab Alistair (Neeson) and then bolt for the back door he was looking at after coming down the stairs to be interviewed. We also thought both of them were dead after they took that tumble out the window at Joe's (boarded up) family home, and Mum thought that that may have been a more interesting ending.
We also geeked out spotting all the Belfast filming locations, and were going mad when we saw Liam standing on the Newtownards Road infront of the Titanic mural on Dee Street, 10 MINUTES FROM OUR HOUSE. OMGWTF HOW DID WE NOT KNOW THAT THEY WERE FILMING THERE?!?! *flails* There was squealing again from us when Liam also crossed the road opposite the City Hall in Belfast city centre - I HAVE CROSSED THAT SAME PEDESTRIAN CROSSING MANY TIMES!! XD XD XD
Overall, I really enjoyed it, though am dreading hearing my granda's take on it as there would have been way too much use of the word f!@k LMAO. *facepalm* :P
